Rico Table Lamp — Blue

The Object

Rico uses a duo-tone finish to give a compact table lamp a distinct visual identity. The blue colour and enamel surface make the contrast part of the design, with the iron form providing a clear outline beneath it. At 43 cm high and 20 cm in diameter, it adds height without needing a broad area of a sideboard or bedside table. Place it near objects with simple surfaces so the colour relationship remains visible. It can also connect a neutral arrangement to stronger accents elsewhere in the room through a repeated blue detail.

Why we picked it

We picked Rico for its use of contrast within a single object. The two-tone treatment gives an everyday lamp more visual interest, making it a useful starting point for combining colour with quieter materials around the home.
